Phuket Trip 2007

Had the opportunity to visit Phuket in January (26th to 28th) this year. Decided to go on a Sea Canoeing expedition at Phang Nga Bay. It has been an interesting experience. Taken some photos of the sites. James Bond island is one of the attraction. It is where "The man with the golden gun" and filmed. Enjoy the pics.

SHB2366B

This morning (1st feb 2007) just after 7.00am as I entered the PIE from Jln Anak Bukit towards Changi a taxi flash his lights at me not wanting me to go into the lane 2 which he was on. He was speeding. Then he came next to me a look at me. This prompted me to flash him back when he overtook me. After that he sped off and he kept to the left most lane (lane 4). Later, as I filtered to the 4th lane just before the lornie exit, he followed behind me and exited to lornie.

Some courtesy on the road. You don't get it from taxi drivers. They think we owe them a living because the make money driving people around. Don't they know we, the other users, pay the same taxes but don't get to make money on it. I wonder if they realise this. Sigh!
